Good Film highly recommended for fans of Se7en of the like. Nic Cage dances with the devil and it rubs off on him.

some good parts, but overall it’s not grand. The soundtrack is, however. It was repeated in Kill Bill vol 1.

I loved it for some reason. There was action, mystery and the thing I always look for in a movie - a hook - this time it’s a man with a whip.

Directing was superb, acting was brutal and the plot was intriguing. For fans of Get Carter and film noir.
