Home Improvement Tip No. 3: Shop Around
We bought tiles yesterday at a surplus store yesterday for about 96 cents a square foot which we thought was a great deal. But we went to Home Depot today and found very similar tiles for 79 cents per square foot. Doh! Shop around, assess all aspects of the task at hand.

Home Improvement Tip No. 1: Bring more than enough...
You need to eat more than you think. And when you’re like me, it’s hard to get out to get food. I love to work. It’s doesn’t help much that it’s below freezing already and I’m stuck without viable transportation. When my wife comes to pick me up, I’m hungry. One PBnJ and a granola bar ain’t gonna cut it.

There are many things that could have woken me at 4.19 AM. I know the exact time I wake up, you’ll like that about me. But I digress. The rustle of rats on a surprisingly echo-creating wire cage could be the culprit. I love them very much.
